About Cortney Perreten
Cortney grew up in New England, primarily in Hallowell, a small town in central Maine. For her undergraduate studies, Cortney spent the first three years at College of Charleston in South Carolina. After her junior year at Charleston, Cortney decided she wanted a change of pace, and moved west to Missoula in 2010. She graduated with a major in Ecology from the University of Montana. While in Missoula, Cortney’s interest in real estate began to blossom. She purchased her own home in 2014, and enjoyed her experience so much, that she reached out to her realtor to see if should could begin to learn the tricks of the trade. Cortney began working as a licensed Real Estate Assistant at Properties 2000 in 2014. After 4 years of honing her skills and developing a mastery of the real estate world, Cortney became a sales associate. Whether she’s aiding first time homebuyers or those looking for a new leaf, she is thrilled to help fellow and future Missoulians find their home. Cortney is dedicated to her clients and always has their best interest in mind. Her tenacious yet personable manner will assure you that she is on your team. Cortney enjoys spending her free time in the outdoors. She is an avid fly fisherwoman and can often be found on the rivers with her dog Henry (who also enjoys fishing). Cortney lives on the Northside of Missoula, a neighborhood she is proud to call home.
