About Kris Hawkins

Born & raised in Missoula, Kris is a second generation Realtor, following in the footsteps of her father, Scott Hollenbeck. After attending college at the University of Nevada in Reno, graduating with a Business Marketing Degree, Kris decided to come back to Missoula because of the quality of life the Garden City has to offer. Licensed since 2002, Kris approaches selling real estate as a way of life and not a job. Consistently a top producer for her area, all of Kris’ clients still receive the personal attention it requires to navigate the obstacles of a real estate transaction. She thoroughly enjoys helping people find the right home that fits their family and their needs, whereas the marketing side of selling a home is her strongest attribute. Her clients rely on her honest advice, market expertise, and tireless persistence. They know she will tell it like it is, keep them in the loop with regular updates, and follow through on commitments every step of the way. Kris does not practice dual agency, which is allowed in the state of Montana, as she feels it is a conflict of interest and can’t represent her clients to best of her ability. Kris focuses on the Missoula area. Her niche neighborhoods are the Rattlesnake, Canyon Creek Village, and Windsor Park, since those neighborhoods have been, and are, her backyard. Growing up in Missoula and living here most her life, Kris has a better grasp, and, is a great resource, on neighborhoods, schools, businesses, personal connections, hiking trails, and other things Missoula. Kris also likes to help clients with investment properties. An investor herself, she is able to advise on not only the property, but the process of becoming a landlord as well. She is a designated Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI), and E-Pro real estate agent. In 2017, her peers voted her as the Realtor’s Choice Award Recipient. Kris enjoys many outdoor activities: skiing (water, snow, x-country), hiking, biking, & running. Spending time with her family; her husband Corey, their two beautiful daughters, and their golden retriever, Mazy, is a priority. One of her favorite places is at the family cabin on Flathead Lake. Building trust through relationships, Kris has a strong referral & repeat business. Her experience gets the job done and her positive outlook makes it enjoyable. Please call Kris, 406-396-6542, with all of your real estate needs.
